When Rhys set up Black and White Motor Company his vision, based on his experience in Banking, Sales Management and Finance, was to surround himself likeminded people who recognised the importance of building a positive relationship with their Customers that would endure and repeat business would result.
Harlen has brought Franchise Experience to Black and White, which means a high standard of focus on the requirements of his Customers. His “healthy banter” with Customers adds to the Buzz that is Black and White, and it is not uncommon to hear a lot of hilarity coming from his office. Harlen is a family man with a wife and two children.
Sam was a Customer who liked what he saw and joined the Team at Black and White in sales. Sam has a “sunny disposition” which means he finds it easy to build positive relationships with his clients that leads to a positive result for both. Sam has recently become a family man.
Natalie has brought to Black and White her Finance and Insurance experience, that will enable our Customers to have access to Finance and Insurance solutions that will work for them. Natalie’s “easy going” personality enables her to build open and positive relationships with her Clients.
